Fictional Types

Because there are often many people involved in bringing a character to life in a movie or TV show (e.g., the writers, the director, the actors, etc.), fictional characters generally don't exhibit a consistent Enneagram type in these types of media. In these situations, it's best not to type a character as a single type but instead type particular scenes that are representative of type.

On rare occasion, factors do line up to create a character with a consistent Enneagram type. This may often have to do with a book or screenplay written by a single author and actors portraying their own type.

Below are links to video clips of movie and TV scenes where Enneagram type plays out either in the scene or the character as a whole.
