Law of Three

The law of three can be seen on the Enneagram as the inner triangle connecting points 3-6-9.

The connection between these numbers is derived by dividing 1 by 3 and adding the result. This produces the following repeating decimals.

1/3 = .3333...
2/3 = 1/3 + 1/3 = .6666...
3/3 = 1/3 + 1/3 + 1/3 = .9999...

Note that the repeating decimal .9999... is virtually the same as the number 1.
