Type 1

Bree Van de Kamp - Desperate Housewives

The Bree Van de Kamp character in the beginning of the series was concerned with presenting the social image of being perfect and good (social 1), demanding it most strongly from herself but also demanding it from her family. Over time the character is explored more deeply to reveal the toll that takes not only on others but also on herself, eventually leading to a period of psychological unhealth where she rebels against her own demands to be good and perfect (you'll have to search for those video clips yourself if interested - there's some on YouTube).

Monica Geller - Friends

The Monica Geller character is often portrayed as type 1 with a type 1 mother as seen in the first four video clips. At other times she's portrayed with a competitive streak like a type 3 as seen in the last clip. Courtney Cox who portrayed Monica is often typed as a type 3.

Sheldon Cooper - Big Bang Theory

The Sheldon Cooper character is often portrayed with type 1 characteristics such as being irritated when the world doesn't conform to how he thinks it should be. There's also a compulsiveness for things being done and completed a certain way as well as constant correction of others. The self-preservation instinct comes through as a primary concern for himself and difficulty in awareness of points of view other than his own (though that has softened as the series has progressed).
